Addressees to which an outgoing is to be sent can be entered in the addressee list of an outgoing. Users can select existing addressees from an addressee directory. Those addressees that the respective user may search for and read within the framework of his/her access rights in the current role are offered for selection. When an addressee is selected from the addressee directory, the address information required for dispatch is transferred. Furthermore, an addressee can be entered as a free-text addressee by entering the respective address information manually. Free-text addressees are not included in the addressee directory.
