Class FSCFOLIO@1.1001:Document
Documents are "envelopes" for content. In addition to the list of content, they
contain metadata (for instance, date of receipt or addressees), which, for the
purpose of record administration, must be stored in addition to the content.
Explanation:
Documents comprise Incomings and Outgoings. A document contains contents (e.g. Word Objects). Documents are applied to cases. If a document is created in a case, the document inherits the ACL of the case. Each document gets a unique document number. When running a search for documents, a search for persons and organizations is performed.
