Fabasoft Contracts offers its customers a host of use cases, ranging from creating and managing contracts and their associated documents to setting up complex filing and permission systems. Also, the entire lifecycle of a contract can be tracked from creation to signing to subordinated contracts, just to name a few.

Fabasoft Contracts AI

Fabasoft Contracts AI features any and all use cases of Fabasoft Contracts, complemented by the use of artificial intelligence in order to allow for the automation of certain use cases.

Fabasoft Contracts AI is capable of identifying and extracting relevant contract metadata during imports with the help of text recognition in order to auto-fill the data into contracts. Also, a contract can be automatically categorized based on the contract types available.
