Login Modes
The login mode defines primarily the displayed elements of the login page.
Currently there are the following modes:
- default
The login screen as seen on [ch,at,de].cloud.fabasoft.com. - simple
The login screen misses the header and footer completely. - cmisapp
Currently it looks like the simple mode.
In order to customize these views you have to append the keyword motoky_loginmode to your URL.

Default
If you do not pass any parameter to the login screen, the default page will looks like this:
A header and footer are displayed.
Simple
The simple mode allows you to use all login variations as with the default view, but no header and footer are displayed.
