Data Locations

A data location determines the physical data location of where your data is saved. You decide in which data location you want your data to be saved.

Fabasoft currently offers data locations in the following countries:

• Austria
• Germany
• Switzerland

To change the data location, proceed as follows:

1. In the top bar, click the account menu (person symbol) and then click “Data Location”.
2. Click the desired data location entry, to change the data location.

You are now on “Home” of the corresponding data location.

Note:

• If you switch to a data location for the first time, an own “Home” is created for this data location.
• Teamrooms, folders and their content are only available in the data location in which they were created. The users are available in each data location.
• Changing the data location via the data location menu can be prevented by an organization policy.
