Fabasphere App

The Fabasphere app lets you access your Teamrooms and data in the Fabasphere. Anywhere, anytime – securely and reliably.

The app for Android devices can be downloaded from the Google Play Store: new window and the app for iOS devices can be downloaded from the Apple App Store: new window.

Getting Started

Follow these steps to connect to the Fabasphere.

1. Install the Fabasphere app on your device (Android or iOS).
2. Open the Fabasphere app.
3. Set an app passcode. The app passcode provides an extra layer of security to protect the data stored on your device.
4. In addition, you can optionally define biometric authentication methods to unlock the app.
5. Tap the “Login” button to log in to the Fabasphere.
   Note: To log in to specific instances of the Fabasphere (e.g., Fabasphere Government Cloud CH), you must first add another Fabasphere service as described below.

Add Another Fabasphere Service

1. In the login dialog, tap the symbol with the three horizontal lines in the upper-left corner.
2. Tap “Cloud Services”.
3. Tap the “Add” button (plus symbol).
4. Add the desired Fabasphere service by entering a display name and the URL.
   Example:
   Display name: Fabasphere Government Cloud CH
   URL: ch-gov.cloud.fabasoft.com/folio
5. Select the newly defined Fabasphere service, to use it for logging in.
   Note: The most recently selected Fabasphere service will be preselected for future logins.
