Navigation

Find the navigation menu by pressing on the hamburger menu icon in the top left corner. In the navigation menu, you can see the following options:

• User
  Displays your profile image, your username, and your current role (if available).
• Fabasphere
  Switches to Fabasphere data locations of the Fabasphere. Click this entry to navigate back to the Fabasphere home.
• Synchronization
  Displays all synchronized data that you can access in offline mode.
• Worklist
  Displays all activities that are to be completed, listed for individual users in the form of a “To Do” list.
• Favorites
  Displays objects that you need repeatedly.
• Search
  Displays the search portal.
• Data Transfers
  Displays the current progress of uploads, downloads, and synchronized data.
• Settings
  For more information, see chapter “Settings”.
• Logout

User

In the top of the navigation menu your user information is displayed. Here you see your profile image, your username, your role, and the name of your Fabasphere service. By tapping on the user information, a popup will be displayed. The popup is divided into 2 to 3 sections.

Roles

In this section all roles of the current user are displayed. If you don’t have roles this section is not displayed.

To switch to a role, proceed as follows:

1. Open the navigation menu.
2. Tap the user information in the top of the navigation menu.
3. Select the role you want to change to.

Accounts

In this section all added accounts of the current Fabasphere service are displayed.

If you want to switch to an account, proceed as follows:

1. Open the navigation menu.
2. Tap the user information in the top of the navigation menu.
3. Select the account you want to change to.

To add a new account, proceed as follows:

1. Open the navigation menu.
2. Tap the user information in the top of the navigation menu.
3. Tap “Add Account”.
4. Login with the account you want to add.

Fabasphere Services

In this section all added Fabasphere services are displayed.

If you want to switch to a Fabasphere service proceed as follows:

1. Open the navigation menu.
2. Tap the user information in the top of the navigation menu.
3. Select the Fabasphere service you want to change to.

To add a new Fabasphere service, proceed as follows:

1. Open the navigation menu.
2. Tap the user information in the top of the navigation menu.
3. Tap “Add Fabasphere Service”.
4. Add the service by entering a display name and the fully qualified hostname.
