Administrators

As administrators, you can expect the following new features.

Assigning Member Roles

With the adjustment of permission roles, you now have the option to define custom, specific roles at the configuration level. These roles can be assigned to users for a specific board or meeting.

Defining Participation

For managing the meeting and determining member participation, you now have additional options. In a dedicated window, you can define voting rights, roles, and participation. Additionally, there is a new comments field that can be filled with free text. The corresponding comments will be displayed in the meeting minutes.
