The following new features await you in the correspondence management solution area.
As an administrator you can expect the following new features.
Fabasoft Approve allows new setting options in the "Details" tab within the correspondence management configuration, which extend the current "Sending Purposes". In the "Reply Options" list, you can now define whether an incoming reply should adjust the status of the original document or not. You can also decide whether the document should be set to "Final Form".
If a document is sent within a letter to a customer, partner or, for example, a certification body, the "Create Purpose of Sending" window can be used to specify which "Reply Options" are to be transferred. If the recipient of the letter makes changes to the document copy and then sends it back, he or she can choose from the predefined response options (such as "Approved", "Approved - With Comments" or "Declined").
In the following example, the status is set to the original document and to "Final Form" when the document is approved.
If the "Use Letters" tile is not ticked in the settings within the structure in a filing system, the "Drafts", "Inbox" and "Sent Letters" tiles are hidden.
