As an administrator you can expect the following new features.
In the Fabasoft Approve Quality configuration, user-defined application areas can now be expanded by setting up a thesaurus within the organization. Various terms can be created in this thesaurus that act as subcategories:
Within the Fabasoft Approve Quality configuration, it is then possible to select the created narrower terms of the thesaurus in the "Application Areas" setting.
A default application area can be selected at the factory according to the stored terms. To make this visible on the defect, it is necessary to click on "Application Area" in the "Enabled Properties".
The defect is then extended to include the default application area.

As an end user you can expect the following new features.
In Fabasoft Approve, it is now possible to download PDF documents together with the corresponding comments.
Document lists are managed in the Fabasoft Approve Correspondence application, which can contain certain correspondence-specific documents depending on the use case. These documents are treated as document "containers" and enable the inclusion of various PDF documents, which can also be provided with comments. Since the Fabasoft Approve 2024 May release, it has been possible to download these PDF documents including the associated comments.
