In Fabasoft Approve, the required response date can now be set dynamically when creating a letter using an offset in days. The specified offset refers to the date the letter was sent.

Note: Either a fixed date or an offset (as a positive integer) may be specified, but not both at the same time.

In Fabasoft Approve, AI-supported responses to questionnaires, checklists, and forms have been further improved. A new feature is that AI-generated responses reference the underlying document as the source and name the section of the document from which the information originates. This allows users to trace the origin of a response and check it specifically.
In Fabasoft Approve, you can now customize the initial revision when creating a document list from a template. The planned documents within the list are then automatically initiated with this corresponding revision.
This feature is particularly helpful when the revision scheme is specified by the end customer. This means that planning lists do not have to be maintained multiple times for different revision schemes.
This function is only available if all documents in the list are still in their original, unmodified revision. Once a document has been revised, the initial revision cannot be changed retrospectively.
