As a user you can expect the following new feature.
Assigning document entries when importing documents
In Fabasoft Approve, the import function for documents, action items and open items has been enhanced. It is now possible to assign files from a folder structure as document items to documents (or action items and open points) during import.
The following columns must be used for this:
CSV Column | Description |

Document Items Container | Here you can specify a COO address of a Teamroom or folder that contains the files (Microsoft Word, PDF, ...). |
Document Items File Path | The path to a folder or file (Microsoft Word, PDF, ...) can be specified here. |
During import, the selected files are automatically stored as document items in the corresponding document, action item or open point.
