Further improvements and enhancements have been implemented in the area of AI functionality. The focus was on AI-powered metadata extraction, which can now be configured with significantly greater flexibility.
This allows users to specify how the extraction should be performed. In addition, the generated results can be validated or consolidated. Documents can be prioritized based on their relevance, so that certain sources are given greater weight in the response than others.

As a user you can expect the following new features.
The management of comment items has been improved as part of the revision process for documents, actions, and open items. When creating a new revision, users can selectively carry over comment items to the new revision instead of automatically leaving them in the current revision.
Similar to document items, you can select which comment entries should be copied to the new revision. This helps ensure that comment items remain properly associated with the respective revision and improves the traceability of changes.
The use of standard attributes in forms and categories has been revised to prevent configuration errors. As a result of this change, only fields from object classes that are available in all object classes specified in the “Applicable for” field can now be used.
For example, if a form uses the object classes “Document” and “Document Instance,” only those standard attributes that are present in both object classes – such as the “Comments” field – can be used.
The feature for stamping PDF documents has been enhanced. The metadata stamp feature now also supports the following correspondence management objects:
In addition, existing annotations are retained after a stamp is applied and are no longer overwritten.
