Find out more about new features and improvements in Boards.
As an end user, you can expect the following new features.
In the agenda item overview within a meeting (tile view), the text fields “Protocol (Text)” and “Decision (Text)” can now be added as additional columns. This allows users to quickly review important notes without having to open each agenda item individually.
When submitting a request, users can now select a provisional meeting date from the list of planned meeting dates. This helps meeting organizers assign and plan requests more effectively. In the request overview, entries can be sorted by the desired meeting date to streamline preparation for upcoming meetings.
It is now possible to create requests on behalf of someone else and to change the submitter of an existing request. This is especially useful when requests are submitted by assistants or secretaries for supervisors. It ensures that authorship is accurately represented and traceable.
As administrators, you can expect the following new features.
As a meeting administrator, you can now adjust the status of agenda items even after the meeting has ended or been closed. This makes it possible to mark forgotten agenda items as completed afterwards or to reopen items that were marked as completed by mistake.
