As an end user, you can expect the following new features.

Business Items as a Central Entity for Legislative Bodies

With this release, we are introducing the concept of "Business Items" (Geschäfte) as the central hub for committee work. A Business Item bundles all related processes, documents, and agenda items throughout their entire lifecycle.

Key features at a glance:

• New "Business Items" Widget: A central overview divided into "Business Items" (all ongoing matters) and "Motions" (Vorstösse).
• Motion Management: Meeting participants can now create and submit motions directly. These can later be easily converted into formal Business Items.
• Flexible Proposal System: "Proposals" (referring to specific Business Items) or "Procedural Motions" (regarding the meeting flow) can now be submitted directly from within a meeting.
• History & References: A Business Item can be placed on the agenda multiple times. All meeting links and references to other Business Items are transparently visible at all times.

This ensures seamless traceability and perfectly maps the complex workflows of legislative bodies.
