As an end user, you can expect the following new features.

Word documents for minutes and decisions prefixed with agenda item name

To make it easier to distinguish between different minutes and decision documents during meetings, these documents are now automatically prefixed with the name of the corresponding agenda item in the agenda view of the meeting management.

Submit Speaking Requests for Agenda Items

Meeting participants can now submit speaking requests for individual agenda items – including a free-text note, comments, and optional attachments. This allows other participants to prepare in advance for specific contributions.

Speaking requests are displayed directly on the respective agenda item and can also be included in the Word protocol using a dedicated template set.

Open Meetings Directly from the Boards Calendar

With this release, meetings can now be opened directly by clicking on the corresponding entry in the Fabasoft Boards calendar view. This improves navigation and streamlines meeting preparation and access.
