To make your protocols even more precise and comply with your organization's guidelines, you can now insert the reference number of the associated proposal dossier as a field into the Word protocol template for agenda items.

This enables meeting managers, organizers, and municipal clerks to include important administrative data directly in the protocols.

Extended Field Selection for Word Protocol TemplatesPermanent link for this heading

The available fields for Word protocol templates have been massively expanded. Specific and detailed fields are now available for various object types to make your protocols more flexible and comprehensive:

  • Task: Name, Subject, Affected Participants, Description
  • Meeting Participant: Member, Entitled to Vote, Role, Voting Weight, Attendance, Remark, Invited, Veto Right
  • Proposal: Name, Submitted by, Applicant, Status, Committee, Meeting
  • Committee: Required Percentage for Qualified Majority, Target Location for the Meeting Dossier
  • Period: Start, End, Name
  • Voting: Voting Type, Anonymous Voting, With Veto Right, Votes Cast (Name, Vote), Voting Ratio, Voting Result

This enhancement ensures that all relevant details can be seamlessly integrated into your Word protocols.

Attendance Evaluation and Export FunctionalityPermanent link for this heading

Committee leaders can now generate a detailed attendance evaluation for their committee participants. A new use case in the committee menu generates a report that outputs the attendance history of each participant.

Report Features:

  • Data Selection: The report can be generated for a specific period or timeframe.
  • Structure: Participants (including non-members with attendance hours) are listed in the columns (alphabetical) and meetings in the rows (chronological).
  • Export: The report can be downloaded directly as an Excel file and includes sum fields for each participant, facilitating further processing and the payment of sitting fees.

This provides you with a clear and exportable overview of attendance times, enabling you to handle administrative tasks efficiently.
