As an end user, you can expect the following new features.

Record meeting attendance in hours

Meeting leaders now have the option to document participant attendance in hours immediately after a meeting has ended.

This enables precise recording of attendance times, which forms the basis for the subsequent payment of meeting fees. Accurate recording simplifies administration and improves traceability for all parties involved.

Revised Agenda View with Tile Design

The agenda view in Fabasoft Boards has been completely redesigned to provide you with a clearer and more efficient way of working. The view is now built in a modern tile design with tabs.

Your most important information is now clearly arranged in separate tiles:

• Documents: Instant access to relevant documents.
• Minutes/Decision Word: Minutes can be opened and edited with a single click.
• Minutes/Decision Text: Edit the HTML text fields directly in the tile.
• Tasks, Speakers, Properties, Customfields: These fields are now also housed in their own tiles, which significantly simplifies navigation.

This revision makes managing your meeting content more intuitive and faster.

Protocol Template Sets for Committees

With this new feature, you can now manage protocol template sets directly at the committee level. Previously, this was only possible in the global configuration settings. You will find the new option under "Templates and Presettings" within your respective committee.

This allows for a more flexible and specific application of templates for the needs of individual committees, which optimizes workflows.
