As an end-user, you can expect the following new features.
With this release, key OneGov metadata fields are now available in documents. Users can easily include specific information – such as the filing position name, reference number, or dossier start and end dates – in Word documents via the Cloud Add-In.
This enhancement supports the efficient creation of content-rich documents.
With this release, subdossiers can now be converted into dossiers, and vice versa, simply by moving them within the filing structure.
When a subdossier is moved to a filing plan entry, it is automatically converted into a dossier. Likewise, moving a dossier into another dossier will turn it into a subdossier. This significantly improves flexibility when restructuring existing content.
