As an end-user, you can expect the following new features.

Recursive Transfer of Responsibility to Subdossiers

The transfer of leadership/responsibility has been optimized and now supports recursive adjustments for subdossiers. When using the "Transfer Responsibility" function on a dossier, a new checkbox allows you to apply the change to all underlying subdossiers as well.

The system intelligently checks whether the original person is still listed as responsible in the subdossier and only updates those specific entries. A new dialog box displays the current person in charge for reference and allows you to select a successor from the authorized users. This eliminates the need for tedious manual adjustments at each individual level.

New Values for Classification and Public Status

To enable even more precise labeling of your documents and dossiers, the options for classification and public status have been expanded. The following values are now available:

• Classification: The new value "Internal" (Intern) allows for clear labeling of documents intended exclusively for internal use.
• Public Status: With the value "No FoIA" (Kein BGÖ), documents can be correctly marked as not being subject to the Freedom of Information Act.

These additions help you to represent legal and organizational requirements even more accurately.
