As an end-user, you can expect the following new features.

Comprehensive Overview of All Dossier ActivitiesPermanent link for this heading

To provide you with a complete picture of the tasks within the dossier, you can now centrally view all associated activities.

This new view displays all activities assigned to the dossier itself, a subdossier, or any object within the dossier structure.

This creates central transparency and facilitates the overview and coordination of all ongoing work within the context of the dossier.

Revised Dossier Dashboard for Better ClarityPermanent link for this heading

The dossier and subdossier dashboard in Fabasoft OneGov has been optimized to provide you with a more focused and quicker overview.

Key Changes in Detail:

  • New "Documents" Tile: This tile now displays the six most recently edited documents of the current dossier and all subdossiers. It serves as a quick overview without showing the document count. Clicking the tile takes you directly to the "Documents" tab.
  • Focus on the Essentials: The "Subdossier," "Applications" (Anträge), and "External Areas" tiles have been removed to make the dashboard clearer.
  • Easy Filing: A new, simplified "Dropzone" tile has been added to facilitate the quick filing of documents.

These adjustments ensure that you have immediate sight of the most important, currently processed documents, while the overall navigation becomes leaner.

Easily Copy and Paste SubdossiersPermanent link for this heading

With this release, the creation and structuring of dossiers become significantly faster. You can now select an existing subdossier, copy it, and paste it directly within the dossier.

Important: The entire content of the subdossier is automatically copied along with it.

This function allows you to quickly duplicate identical or similar subdossiers, which saves a lot of time, especially with recurring processes.

Deleting empty file plan positionsPermanent link for this heading

When deleting empty file plan positions, the recycle bin is now bypassed.

Function to Count Contained ObjectsPermanent link for this heading

The new function "Count Contents" has been implemented for owners and app administrators. This function allows you to determine the total number of all contained child objects (documents, dossiers, and other objects in the structure) on file plan positions, and dossiers.

This counting function is particularly valuable for quickly checking and verifying the completeness and correctness of your data inventories after migrations or extensive imports.
