As an end-user, you can expect the following new features.
The new AI document summary feature has been expanded. You can now choose the length of the summary that best suits your needs:
• Short: Get a concise summary of the most important points.
• Medium: A balanced summary that details the main content.
• Detailed: A comprehensive summary that provides deeper insights into the document content.
This new feature allows you to make the best use of the generated summary for the respective context, whether for a quick overview or an in-depth familiarization with a document.
You can now display relevant linked objects from other sources, such as Teamrooms, directly in an overview in the dossier or sub-dossier. This greatly simplifies navigation and allows you to find all relevant documents in one central location without having to search for them.
With this release, you can save time by performing actions on multiple documents and dossiers at once. Simply select the desired objects to move, cancel, or permanently delete them (from canceled content) simultaneously.
This new feature significantly simplifies and speeds up the management of your content, as you no longer have to process each object individually.
The structure of dossiers is now sorted alphabetically to make it easier for you to find documents. This follows a logical order:
This new sorting helps you navigate your dossiers more quickly and work more efficiently.
Administrators can now automatically transfer dossier responsible to a successor. When you end a member's membership in the organization settings, you can use the "Specify successor" option to transfer all dossiers for which the departing person was responsible to a new person.
This saves you from manually checking and transferring each individual dossier and ensures that all responsibilities are passed on seamlessly.
