As an administrator, you can expect the following new features.

Irreversible Deletion of Filing Structures

A new function for deleting entire filing systems or file plan positions has been implemented for owners and app administrators. This allows for the efficient removal of incorrectly imported or migrated structures, including all content (dossiers, documents).

Conversion of File Plan Positions with Rights Context

The function for converting a file plan position into a structure with its own rights context (separate permissions) has been fundamentally streamlined and unified. Instead of parallel paths, a consolidated process for immediate or scheduled conversion is now available.

Flexible Planning: Convert structures immediately or schedule the process for a later time (e.g., over the weekend), which is particularly recommended for large data sets with many sub-objects.
