Find out more about new features and improvements in OneGov.
As an end-user, you can expect the following new features.
To optimally support collaboration in multilingual teams and across departmental boundaries, the title field for dossiers in Fabasoft OneGov has been comprehensively expanded.
Key features at a glance:
When manually setting up or expanding a filing system, you can now allow gaps in the numbering directly when creating a new file plan position.
Previously, the system assigned new sequence numbers strictly consecutively, meaning that any desired gaps had to be corrected afterwards via the object properties. From now on, the sequence number can be freely defined directly within the creation dialog. The system automatically validates the input in the background and ensures that the business numbering logics are applied correctly to all subsequent elements. This significantly simplifies the mapping of predefined, non-consecutive classification structures.
As an administrator, you can expect the following new features.
Administration rights at the file plan position level have been expanded to make governance within your organization more flexible and secure.
Previously, administrators on a file plan position could not assign permissions for the dossiers located underneath. As of this release, an administratively authorized user on the file plan position receives the same capabilities as the leading user (Federführender). This means that admins now directly possess editing rights and can make permission adjustments at the dossier level.
With this release, we are introducing a new, cross-app architecture for the centralized connection of third-party systems. The “FSCH Extensions” app configuration enables a unified, secure, and highly controllable configuration of interfaces. As the first production-ready interface, the integration of the Docugate template management system is now available.
