As an end user you can expect the following new features.
Skills managers can now also calculate missing qualifications for personnel file shelves with search-based display. The calculation of missing qualifications is performed in the background, and the resulting Excel report is stored in the “Missing Qualifications” list in the dashboard after completion. Personnel file administrators can also view the list of individual reports in the personnel file configuration and delete them if necessary.
