As an end user you can expect the following new features.

Actions for Supervisors

In the personnel file configuration, under the “Personnel File Access” tab, you can now define actions for creating form objects that are to be displayed to supervisors in the personnel file view. An employee’s supervisors are those listed in the “Access” tab of the personnel file properties.
