As an end user you can expect the following new features.
Users can now ask questions about their personnel file and their applicant file. To do so, the “Ask Questions” use case is available on files or on individual documents within the file. This use case can also be initiated on files with access rights.
Personnel file administrators can specify search contexts in the personnel file configuration to restrict the considered documents. These restrictions can be defined based on the processing state, object class, or category of the documents. The search contexts can be overridden per personnel file shelf in order to facilitate special restrictions in certain personnel file shelves.
Personnel file administrators can add users to the new “Personnel File Access (Restricted)” role in the personnel file configuration to grant them access to objects in external or confidential areas of applicant management. Users with this role do not have access to objects in the personnel file configuration and the “Personnel Files Access” dashboard is not available.
