As an end user you can expect the following new features.

Classify with Mindbreeze AI and Assign to Personnel File

In inboxes you can now use the “Classify and add to a personnel file using Mindbreeze AI (asynchronous)“ action to classify incoming documents with Mindbreeze AI and then automatically assign and register it to a personnel file together with the extracted metadata.

You have to choose a personnel file configuration or shelf as target context and can restrict the allowed classification categories, if necessary. Additionally, you can define a target for not assignable documents to handle those manually, e.g. with a process.

Insert Signature Elements in Word Templates

In Word documents you can now also insert signature areas and elements. To do so the “Insert Signature Element” button is available in Microsoft Word on the “Fabasphere” tab (the Fabasphere COM Add-in has to be enabled).

Metadata Extraction from a CV

Applicant data from uploaded CVs can now be automatically extracted using Mindbreeze AI and saved to the applicant file. When a CV is uploaded to a job application, the system extracts key metadata such as title, post title, sex, date of birth, nationality, addresses, phone numbers, and e-mail addresses. The extracted values are only saved if the corresponding fields on the applicant file are still empty, so manually entered data is never overwritten. To use this feature, configure a background task with the "Extract metadata for applicant files" action on a category for CVs and assign that category to the CV attachment in your HTML form or during manual registration.
