As an end user you can expect the following new features.

Classify with Mindbreeze AI and Assign to Personnel File

In inboxes you can now use the “Classify and add to a personnel file using Mindbreeze AI (asynchronous)“ action to classify incoming documents with Mindbreeze AI and then automatically assign and register it to a personnel file together with the extracted metadata.

You have to choose a personnel file configuration or shelf as target context and can restrict the allowed classification categories, if necessary. Additionally, you can define a target for not assignable documents to handle those manually, e.g. with a process.
