You can now trigger a publication for products that are produced via InDesign servers at the level of print components, sections or individual layouts.

You can receive a preflight report in the publication via the InDesign server if the administrator has specified this in the delivery format.

Synchronize action for productsPermanent link for this heading

Using the “Synchronize” action on a product, you can now simply use the list of "Assigned assets" locally, e.g. to place assigned images into InDesign-Layouts.

Defining and using templates for productsPermanent link for this heading

Users can now save products with standard structures as templates. By applying these templates, pre-structured products can be easily recreated.

You can now optionally store a preflight profile for a delivery format that is to be used for a publication.

InDesign version 2025 as a new production servicePermanent link for this heading

You can now also use version 2025 in parallel with the InDesign Server 2024 production services, delivery formats and layout templates.

Warnings when changing the page sequencePermanent link for this heading

You can now activate in the publishing configuration that layouts whose page number may have changed receive a warning message.
