As an end user, you can expect the following new features.

Alternative texts for a variety of cloud objects

Depending on the configuration (see the section ), multilingual alternative texts for a wide variety of cloud objects are displayed in a single location; as usual, these can also be edited.

As administrators, you can expect the following new features.

Configuring Alternative Text

There is a new option to specify for which classes of cloud objects alternative text can be maintained. Previously, this was only possible implicitly for certain types of images.

REST API for retrieving thumbnails

The REST API includes a new resource called “thumbnails,” which can be used to retrieve thumbnails for a wide variety of asset types.

Antenna House formatter offers additional configuration options

The Antenna House production service supports the additional command-line options “missing-glyph-all,” “error-on-missing-glyph,” and “responsive-svg-size” in various XML configuration sections. Please refer to the corresponding Fabasoft Xpublisher documentation, “Antenna House Formatter (eng),” for details.

Low-Code Functions for contents, transfer collections, and documents

There are various further low-code functions operating on contents, transfer collections, and documents or ones able to trigger image conversions.
