Users

As an end user you can expect the following new features.

• The “Ask Questions About” action displays a message if the document is not available in the index.
• External and confidential areas of files can be structured by folders. When withdrawing, only the corresponding documents are withdrawn, the folders are deleted.
• In selection lists of fields, the commands “Find more entries” and “Create entry” are displayed at the bottom of the selection list to avoid scrolling when there are many entries.

Administrators

As an administrator you can expect the following new features.

• The Full Indexing State field of an AI configuration shows whether full indexing is in progress or has been completed.
• Using the Use PDF Content field in an AI indexing configuration, you can specify that the PDF overview should be used for indexing instead of the original content. This improves the performance of Mindbreeze AI.
• The organization's license management has been adjusted as follows:
  • The “Solutions” widget has been renamed to “SaaS Usage Types”.
  • Apps that are not assigned to a SaaS usage type are displayed in a separate “Additional Apps” widget (if available).
  • Information about volumes is displayed in a separate “Volumes” widget.
  • In the SaaS usage types, the associated app configurations are displayed.
