In the following chapters you will find administration tasks that can be carried out by scrum administrators and partly by privileged users.
To be able to use Fabasoft Scrum, the corresponding app has to be assigned to your organization. This can be checked in the properties of the organization (“Solutions” tab > Solutions). If it is not assigned, please contact Fabasoft Sales.
After the app has been assigned to the organization the organization owner, payment user and organization administrators receive a welcome screen notification that a scrum center must be created.
You can forward the notification to a responsible user or you can create a scrum center right away. After creating a scrum center, the scrum dashboard is put on “Home” of the specified scrum administrators and the notification will be removed from all receivers.
The personal dashboard provides two actions for scrum administrators:
The scrum center allows defining general settings that apply to all subordinate scrum projects. The team members of a scrum center either have special access rights on the scrum projects or can be assigned to the scrum projects as team members.
Note: On the basis of the defined users the consumed licenses are calculated.
