As an end user you can expect the following new features.

Audit-Management

Fabasoft Approve now enables the complete planning, execution and documentation of internal and external audits as well as the initiation and follow-up of corresponding findings and audit actions in the event of deviations.

An audit basically consists of several checklists, which are made up of checklist entries for which findings and audit actions can be managed.

Audit templates can be created on a plant-specific or cross-plant basis. Low-code/no-code mechanisms can be used to define intervals for recurring audits, for example, at any time. Automatic notifications and reminders (via processes) inform relevant parties about upcoming audits and deadlines. Fabasoft Approve also offers functions for tracking audit actions.

FMEA

Fabasoft Approve now offers the option of mapping and carrying out Failure Mode and Effects Analyses (FMEA). An FMEA system is used to systematically identify and evaluate potential failures and their effects on processes and products.

In Fabasoft Approve, FMEA analyses can be documented, evaluated and converted into action plans. Risks can be quantified and prioritized for each potential source of failure in order to plan targeted actions to prevent failures.

For better visualization and easier operation, a structure tree with all associated elements is available within an FMEA.
