Fabasphere AI Core 2025 November Release
Find out more about new features and improvements in the Fabasphere AI Core (available from November 10, 2025).
Users
As an end user you can expect the following new features.
- The answers in the AI use case “Ask questions” are now given in the language defined for the user interface.
- A description for Teamrooms can be defined, to provide contextual information for better AI answers. You can define the Description for AI using the “Define Description” action. If no Description for AI has been defined, the Description is used as a fallback. The title is always taken into account.
- In the basic settings, the Use Fast Web View option can be used to define whether the first pages can already be read in the PDF viewer, even if the entire document has not yet been downloaded. The basic prerequisite for this is that the relevant document has been optimized for fast web view.
- When submitting support requests, you can select a support team that is valid for the current context.
- In the settings of the service desk configuration, on the “Support Teams” tab in the Support Teams field settings for the individual support teams can be defined.
- Organization-internal support teams can forward support requests to another support team or to Fabasphere Support. The selectable support teams are determined based on the support request. The old support team loses access rights and the new support team receives them.
- Organization-internal support teams can contact another support team or Fabasphere Support if they have unclear support requests.
Administrators
As an administrator you can expect the following new features.
- Organization administrators see the last login of external members (“Organization Membership” tab) even if the user is managed by another organization.
- Using the Manage AI Settings organizational policy (“Actions” tab), you can specify which organization members are allowed to change the AI settings in Teamrooms, for example.
- When the membership is terminated, a warning is displayed if the user should be deactivated but is still a member of other organizations.
- For members, the fields Organizational Units, External Organizations, Teams and Additional Memberships are displayed as normal lists on the “Organization Membership” tab to ensure clarity when there are many entries.
- The service desk dashboard is now available as standard to empower organization-internal support teams. The authorizations can be defined by the organization owner via the service desk configuration.
