Users

As an end user you can expect the following new features.

Rebranding “Fabasphere”

The Fabasoft Cloud for secure document and process management, together with Mindbreeze AI for AI-supported knowledge management, forms the Fabasphere AI Core.

Fabasoft Solutions offer tailor-made solutions for document-intensive processes. The Fabasphere is the digital ecosystem that unites Fabasphere AI Core and Fabasoft Solutions.

The user interface has been given a fresh new design.

Common Improvements

• You can define about which announcements you want to be informed either by e-mail or by push notifications (account menu (your user name) > “Advanced Settings” > “Announcements” > “Settings”).
• The search query (search, search form) can be edited via the “Edit Query” button by users who are authorized in one of the following policies: Edit Forms and Categories, Edit BPMN Process Diagrams and Manage Inbox Rules.
• If contact persons or organizations have been created twice in contact management, they can be merged (“Merge” context menu command).

Administrators

As an administrator you can expect the following new features.

• You can define the default announcement settings for your organization members in the organizational policies on the “Announcements” tab.
