Process and Form Designers
As a process or form designer you can expect the following new feature.

Administrators
As an administrator you can expect the following new features.
- Administrators or members with the “Remove Members from the Organization” or “Remove External Members from the Organization” policy can suspend users managed by the organization (using the “Suspend User” action). Suspended users can no longer log in. However, it is still possible to use suspended users as participants in workflows and for permissions. Background tasks involving suspended users will fail.
The affected users and compliance managers are notified of the suspension via e-mail. Using the “Unlock User” action, the user can be unlocked and will then be able to log in again. - In the properties of the organization, on the “Solutions” tab, you can define the following settings regarding concurrent user and usage days:
- E-Mail Notification When the Defined Threshold for SaaS Usage Unit Consumption Has Been Exceeded
Defines whether an e-mail is sent to organization administrators when the defined threshold for SaaS usage unit consumption has been exceeded. - Threshold (in Percent)
Defines the threshold for SaaS usage unit consumption as a percentage. If this threshold is exceeded, an e-mail notification is sent. - E-Mail Notification When All SaaS Usage Units Have Been Consumed
Defines whether an e-mail is sent to organization administrators when all SaaS usage units have been consumed.
