As an end user you can expect the following new features.

  • The top bar has been reorganized:
    • The logo or the “Home” button on the left side navigates you to “Home”.
    • The account menu and the support button are displayed as symbols.
    • The “Data Location” menu and the “Logout” button have been moved to the account menu.
    • The quick access button has been removed.
  • The account menu has been reorganized:
    • The “Login and Password” and “My Personal Data” menu items are now located under “Profile”.
    • “Advanced Settings” has been renamed to “Settings”.
    • The “Basic Settings” menu item is now located under “Settings”.
  • Metadata can be extracted based on the settings of a user-defined form without having to define metadata extractions and extraction definitions.
  • Metadata Extraction: Use Advanced Mode for Extraction Definitions field
Defines whether extraction definitions can be defined in the metadata with the option to specify a target property and a target object. If this is not required, metadata extractions can be defined by navigating in the metadata extraction.
  • Before the metadate extraction an automatic classification can be carried out.
  • For the “Ask a Question” AI use case, information on selected metadata (e.g., Created by, Last Change on/at, Signatures, user-defined form fields) is also available.
  • In the workflow settings (account menu > “Settings” > “Workflow”), you can also specify whether information about active substitutions or escalations should be displayed on the welcome screen.
  • The maximum number of retries for checking workflow wait actions is set to 12000 by default. If the number of retries is exceeded, the mechanism for failed background tasks is triggered, and an e-mail is sent to the affected users.
  • To ensure the accessibility of grouped lists in all web browsers, the WAI-ARIA attributes used have been consolidated.
