Fabasphere AI Core 2026 June Release

Find out more about new features and improvements in the Fabasphere AI Core (available from June 8, 2026).

Users

As an end user you can expect the following new features.

• The new AI use case, “Extract Metadata During Registration”, allows you to extract metadata from a document being registered using prompts and apply the extracted data directly. • If a valid AI configuration is available and you have permission to configure AI settings, you can enable the “Ask Questions” action directly when creating a Teamroom.
• If a team member with full control adds an external member to a Teamroom, the External Members May Be Added option can be enabled implicitly, if it is not already enabled.
• Display settings can now also be saved and loaded in search-based lists.
• Open-source fonts are used for server-side conversions.
• The header bar offers improved touch functionality.
