Find out more about new features and improvements in the Fabasphere AI Core (available from August 31, 2026).

Users

As an end user you can expect the following new features.

If a user's membership is terminated, the designated successor will also be considered for pending workflow activities.
For documents with a category, metadata can be extracted using the “Tools” > “Extract Metadata” context menu command (metadate extraction is needed).
Various technical objects are no longer available in the Mindbreeze index.
The 3D viewer is no longer supported.
The legacy inbox rule action “Classify With AI” will no longer be supported starting with the 2026 October Release.

As an administrator you can expect the following new features.

For users, “Digital ID” can be defined as a disabled authentication method in addition to “Username and Password”.
If you click the “Overview” widget under “Usage” in the organization, the consumed SaaS usage units (usage days, concurrent users) are also displayed (if available).
For SaaS usage types with usage volume, the “View Usage Volume Consumption” action is available.
Changes to memberships are logged in the time travel.
