Users

As an end-user, you can expect the following new features.

Search for Involvements

Users can now add an additional column in the dossier listing to filter by involvements and roles. The search in the tools section now allows users to search for involvements and roles as well.

Lifecycle and Classification Fields

The value ranges for lifecycle and classification fields defined at the classification system level can now be used at the dossier level.

Set End Date upon Dossier Closure

When a dossier is closed, the correct end date is now adopted:

• If a valid end date is already entered in the dossier (younger than the most recently modified document), this date will be set as the end date.
• If no date is entered, the date of the most recently modified document will be set as the end date.

Administrators

As an administrator, you can expect the following new features.

Lifecycle and Classification Fields

At the classification system level or directly during the import of a classification system, value ranges for the lifecycle and classification fields can be defined. These values are inherited by default down to the dossier level.
