As an end user you can expect the following new features.

For your personal dashboards, you can use the Enable Notifications option to specify whether you want to receive notifications for the corresponding rooms defined in the Notification Sources field.
In the notification settings (account menu > “Advanced Settings” > “Notifications”), only the dashboards are listed.
The "stamp" functionality in the context of the digital signature has been renamed to "company stamp" to ensure better differentiation from the new metadata stamps.

As an administrator you can expect the following new features.

Teams and external organizations are first moved to the organization wastebasket when they are deleted and can then be permanently deleted.
Via a CSV import also many teams can be created, updated and deleted comfortably (membership administration > “Teams” > “Import Teams”).
Alternatively, the import can also be carried out via an inbox (“Import Data” action, “Import Teams” import definition).
If you click the “Define SMTP Settings” action, the organization itself is not locked. The settings are displayed read-only in the properties of the organization.
In the organization's policies, you can specify on the "Content" tab in the Final Format field whether documents are converted to PDF/A or PDF in the final format. If nothing is specified, PDF/A is used by default.
Note: With PDF/A documents, there may be display problems with some fonts.
