Open AI chatPermanent link for this heading

Fabasoft Contracts allows you to start an interactive communication with a file. The documents of the respective object are used as the basis for this. To start this chat, proceed as follows:
Note: This feature is only available with a valid “Mindbreeze InSpire Configuration” within the Contract Manager Configuration.

  1. Navigate to the desired file.
  2. Click on the “Open AI chat” action in the file.
    Note: Alternatively, you can also find this action in the context menu of the file.
  3. An “Insight App” opens, in which a preview of the documents is displayed on the left-hand side and the area for the chat interaction is displayed on the right-hand side.
  4. Click on “Close” to end the chat.

Upload to Contract Manager (Outlook)Permanent link for this heading

Fabasoft Contracts allows you to upload e-mails from Outlook directly to a predefined inbox folder in Fabasoft Contracts. When uploading for the first time, if no inbox folder exists, one is automatically created in the app configuration and used to store the newly uploaded e-mails.

Note: To be able to upload e-mails, the user should at least have change rights to the inbox folder.

Creditsafe Functions for Contact OrganisationsPermanent link for this heading

The following Creditsafe functions are available for contact organisations via the “Creditsafe” menu in the Fabasoft Contact Management:

Note: These menus are only available if you have change rights for the contact organisation and if Access Data for Web Services has been set in the Contract Manager Configuration.

Update Contact Organisations via CreditsafePermanent link for this heading

You can link and update existing contact organisations using Creditsafe. To do this, right-click on the organisation and select either “Link to Creditsafe” or “Update organization” under ‘Creditsafe’.
Note: This action is only visible if the user has change rights for the Contact Room and if Access Data for Web Services has been set in the Contract Manager Configuration.

  • The following properties are set or updated:
  • Tab “Organisation“
    • Name
    • Trade Directory ID
    • VAT ID
  • TAB “Financial Data“
    • Last Change
    • Company Status
    • Latest Annual Accounts
    • Main Activity
    • Industry
    • System
  • Tab “Report Data”
    • Legal Form
    • PLC
    • Creditsafe-ID

The link or update is performed automatically when:

  • the organisation has already set a value for the Creditsafe ID or
  • the organisation has set a Trade Directory ID or VAT ID, as well as the country of the business address.

If the organisation cannot be clearly identified, a dialogue will open. There, you can manually search for the correct organisation in Creditsafe and then use it to update the information.

Create Credit ReportPermanent link for this heading

This action allows you to import a credit report via the Creditsafe web service or update an existing report.

In addition, the following properties of the contact organisation are set or updated:

  • TAB “Financial Data“
    • Activity Status
    • Balance Sheet Date
    • Equity
    • Number of Employees
    • Globally Standardised Rating
    • Credit Agency Rating
    • Credit Agency Score
  • Tab “Report Data”
    • Type of Ownership
    • Date of Entry in the Company Register

Note: For this menu to appear, the selected contact organisation must be linked to a Creditsafe ID (Properties -> Report Data -> Creditsafe ID).
