Fabasoft Contracts allows you to upload e-mails from Outlook directly to a predefined inbox folder in Fabasoft Contracts. When uploading for the first time, if no inbox folder exists, one is automatically created in the app configuration and used to store the newly uploaded e-mails.
Note: To be able to upload e-mails, the user should at least have change rights to the inbox folder.
The following Creditsafe functions are available for contact organisations via the “Creditsafe” menu in the Fabasoft Contact Management:
Note: These menus are only available if you have change rights for the contact organisation and if Access Data for Web Services has been set in the Contract Manager Configuration.
You can link and update existing contact organisations using Creditsafe. To do this, right-click on the organisation and select either “Link to Creditsafe” or “Update organization” under ‘Creditsafe’.
Note: This action is only visible if the user has change rights for the Contact Room and if Access Data for Web Services has been set in the Contract Manager Configuration.
The link or update is performed automatically when:
If the organisation cannot be clearly identified, a dialogue will open. There, you can manually search for the correct organisation in Creditsafe and then use it to update the information.
This action allows you to import a credit report via the Creditsafe web service or update an existing report.
In addition, the following properties of the contact organisation are set or updated:
