Inspection Report
An inspection report contains the data required for DORA in xBRL format.
Properties
In the properties of an inspection report, you can specify the following:
Tab „Inspection Report“
- Name
Defines the name of the inspection report. - Created by
Shows the creator of the inspection report. - Created on/at
Shows the time when the inspection report was created. - User with Read Access
Defines which users or user groups can read the test report.
Tab „Report Parameters“
This tab contains information about the report parameters and objects, that were used to generate the report.
- Decimal Places for Numerical Values
Contains the setting of the corresponding property from the Report Parameters dialog. See chapter 12.3 Generate Inspection Reports. - Decimal Places for Monetary Values
Contains the setting of the corresponding property from the Report Parameters dialog. See chapter 12.3 Generate Inspection Reports. - End of Reporting Period
Contains the setting of the corresponding property from the Report Parameters dialog. See chapter 12.3 Generate Inspection Reports. - Reporting Organisation
Contains the setting of the corresponding property from the Report Parameters dialog. See chapter 12.3 Generate Inspection Reports. - Calculated Organisations Within the Scope of Consolidation
Contains the list of organisations that are part of the scope of consolidation based on the Reporting Organisation's corporate hierarchy. - Selected Contracts
Contains the setting of the corresponding property from the Report Parameters dialog. See chapter 12.3 Generate Inspection Reports. - State of Validation
Indicates whether a validation was carried out for the report and whether this was successful or failed.
Tab “Validation”
Contains a list of all validation results found at the time the report was created. This tab is only visible if a validation was carried out before the report was created. Further information on validation results can be found in Chapter 9.28 Validating DORA Inputs.
