As an end user, you can expect the following new features.

User-Defined Actions

To make frequently used processes quickly accessible, contract manager administrators can now create their own actions based on templates and forms. To create a new action, navigate to the contract manager configuration and the ‘Actions’ tab. Under ‘User-Defined Actions’ you can create new actions and edit existing actions.

Select a template or a form as the source object. You can give the action a name in several languages. Then define the locations within the contract manager where the action should be visible. You can also define more complex visibility definitions using low-code.

The actions can be executed from the sidebar and the context menu of the objects you have defined in the ‘Other Actions’ action group.
