Performance improvement

To speed up navigation between the dashboards for base lists (configuration and contract folders, as well as legal areas), the assignments are displayed by default in a compact view (1x1 tiles). The assignments are loaded only after a click on the respective area. This allows switching more quickly between the various base list dashboards.
